The Best Ever Lucille Ball Interview

From Irv Kupcinet's show.  No studio audience, just Irv and his guests -- Lucille Ball, Otto Preminger, Elizabeth Ashley and David Mamet -- five VERY different personalities having a relaxed conversation.  I think more than any other interview (thanks to the absence of an audience), you see the real Lucille Ball here.  I particularly get amused at her exchange with Elizabeth Ashley when Ashley claims she had been a slut in her late twenties.  Lucy is having none of it!

When was this interview filmed?

Apparently in May 1977.  She was in Chicago to accept an honor from the Notre Dame School of Chicago.  The bottom paragraph in this link references that occasion.

I posted portions of this interview on Youtube about nine years ago, but that account got taken down by Warners due to some other clips I had up.  But I was glad to see someone else (Forshran Rontada) has it up.  Does anyone know this person?
