What a great line-up!! I was lucky enough back in the day to see Victor Garber perform the Robert Klein role in the touring production of Miss Arnaz's They're Playing Our Song and he was FABULOUS!!! What a talented guy!

Great too to see him evolve into the wonderful dramatic actor on episodic television (Eli Stone; Justice) and film (Milk) as well as continue to perform in musical theater. Talk about one who can do it all!! :D

I can't believe Lucie is almost... well, I can't believe Lucie is her age. ;) She and Robert should really mount a full Song production. It would be a smash and they're both at the tops of their game.

I completely agree. I heard people say that they saw the two in the original production and they were even better now. Lucie said a few years ago that they considered doing a full revivial of the show, but Robert Klein hates doing the same thing night after night and wasn't interested. I wish they could do even a limited run of the show. The City Center in New York does short run productions of older musicals. This would be perfect for them.
