  1. Got a nice surprise when logging into Yahoo! this morning. A title story and photo of Lucy and Desi on the set of I Love Lucy about the relationship of Cuba and United States as it was in the 1950's. https://www.yahoo.com/politics/i-love-lucy-and-the-cuba-of-americas-dreams-040653345.html It's part of their weeklong series marking one year since the opening of relations between the US and Cuba.
  2. I've heard Desi's award winning chili mentioned several times... does anyone know where the recipe can be found? I would also love to try the spaghetti that got dumped on the floor. (Anyone know if that story was actually true?) P.S. Isn't the image of Desi in the kitchen, wearing an apron, with his sleeves rolled up delicious? Who needs desert with him in the house.
  3. Has anyone noticed that Desi and his parents are all listed as Caucasian in the 1940 census? Wiki actually says he has some European ancestral roots. Anyone know how accurate that is? I'd love to find an Arnaz family tree somewhere.
