That's a tough one. In terms of bearing and appearance, Fisher certainly came the closest, though I also liked York's take on the character. York also nailed the voice. Gypsi de Young's blink-and-you'll-miss-it appearance in "The Scarlett O'Hara War" was most notable for how much she looked like Lucy, thought she didn't really get to do any acting.

Rachel was good for imitating Lucy's clown faces, but Frances nailed Lucy's every day look and behavior. I'd love for her to reprise her role in a post 1960 documentary.
