Nice photo with Bob and is that Madelyn? Caught just a smidge of "Abbott and Costello and the Invisible Man", with Bill Frawley, last night; he's pretty much type cast, donchathink?

Yup. She was so lovely and very attractive in her youth/back then.... and so modest! :D

With Hume Cronyn and Fanny Brice:

Must have been nice to have him on the show, the man had done so many movies he`d worked with practically everybody in the business.

Lucy was in this movie too.

Oh so that's Ziegfield Follies, the one where she opens the picture in PINK whipping those ladies? The OF '46 part fooled me.

That's it, she filmed her part in 44.

Hardly worth her time seeing as it's such a nothing number but she looks absolutely stunning in that outfit and the whole number is so extravagant, perfect for the times.

Wow, he actually looks dapper and quite the "ladies man".... hard to imagine with the image of him we're so accustomed to! Do you suppose he really was a "swinging bachelor" in his youth? Hmmmm.....

Thanks for posting this, Brock :) . Nice picture.

Joey, 'He looks so dapper' is the first thing I thought of, too!

It's one of the few (only?) times I've seen him in clothing he picked out for himself. The white suit looks good on him -- & so does the hair.
