Jonathan Hole died in 1998. His last Lucy credit was in about 1973 or so.

Presumably this is two actors being run together, the other one being Jonathan Hale, best known as Mr Dithers in the Blondie movies, who is in Lucy's Easy to Wed and Her Husband's Affairs.

Child actor Micky Moore, who later went behind the camera as assistant director for numerous films -- including both Fancy Pants and Mame -- has died at 98. He was also assistant director on two of Gale's films -- Don't Give Up The Ship, and A Visit to a Small Planet:

Harry Reems has died of cancer of the pancreas. Harry was Linda Lovelace's co star in DEEP THROAT and another 100 porn films. Deep Throat was one of the most famous porn movies of all time, it was the movie Sammy Davis rented out a theater for so he could have his celeb friends including Lucy and gary see it without the public seeing them go there. The movie was THAT popular at the time.
