Shemp
Lucy appeared as one of "The Goldwyn Girls" in Eddie Cantor's KID MILLIONS (1934). Warner Archive released it on DVD today, April 9.
Brock
Great news! Warners has been slacking on the Lucy issues lately. (I don't count that strange Gildersleeve release. Seven Days Leave should shine on its own).
HarryCarter
Great news! I hope Roman Scandals isn't far behind. Great news! Warners has been slacking on the Lucy issues lately. (I don't count that strange Gildersleeve release. Seven Days Leave should shine on its own). They should have put Seven Days Leave on the Lucy DVD collection and Look Who's Laughing on Gildersleeve's. That would have made more sense. Neil
Kid Millions has a great cast: Eddie Cantor, Lucy plus Ann Sothern AND Ethel Merman. Haven't search the chorus for Barbara Pepper but she could be there. It's in b/w but there's a great very elaborately staged color finale...that as I recall has nothing to do with the plot: set in a surreal ice cream parlor. Is Lucy is that sequence somewhere? If so, it would be the first color footage of her.

Lucy is very briefly seen here in Kid Millions at 2:30 as a blonde. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xN7gxGJwZ1A

She is also on the roller skates in the 2nd grouping. Saw this years ago and great it is finally on DVD.

On a related note, the Warner Archive has started an instant streaming website and Mame and Bataan are among the initial offerings. There's a small, but good selection currently available. Desi Jr.'s The Night the Bridge Fell Down is on the coming soon list. http://instant.warnerarchive.com/
Brock
Does anyone know the name of this particular Goldwyn Girl in the bottom right? I know it is not her, but I was quite startled at this angle how much she looked like a young Mary Jane Croft:
