Yes, that is her. Virginia played Gale's wife (imagine that!) Martha on Our Miss Brooks before she ceded the role to Paula Winslowe. Virginia never appeared on any of the Lucy series to my knowledge, and focused primarily on theatre work after OMB. But she did make a cameo appearance in the Life With Lucy wrap party video.
