Is this the pink dress that showed up on TLS a lot?

It's Kidd, I saw additional photos from this set on display in the museum many years ago.

I got Mike's book for Christmas and really enjoyed it. In the same vain as Lee's book you got these great stories about Lucy which highlighted such a not very much talked about part of her life. Both books I enjoyed because those friendships were so genuine, and you learned Lucy really was such a warm person despite what some have said, tough yes, but I think sometimes out of love.

I'm currently finishing season 4, and watched the first season New Years one yesterday.

Ok so I found the Yapp book used online. I'm getting it only for the pics everyone is raving about. Should be here next week. I wasn' t buying new and full price for this since so much of the text sounds like crap.

Oh is he Brad and had a new show starting in Jan? He worked for Rachel Zoe and is going out on his own as a stylist. I'm actually looking forward to this show. Last season Rachel's show was so boring.

So I've got a hookup with a woman in Dublin who has a bunch of old movie pressbooks etc. I've already purchased a Lured/Personal Column one and she is sending info on any other Lucy ones she comes across. Today she sent me photos of a pressbook for The Affairs of Sally. Before I looked at the pics I thought she had meant Annabelle. Well it runs out that is what the Fuller Brush Girl was called in the UK. So I'm still debating if I want to get this book,nice condition, only 2 punches in the top where it was stored in a book. How rare do you think something like this is? All her memorabilia is for UK releases of movies.

Not sure. I don't have the regular one to compare. I do think the promo one has a fold out cover and the writing on the cover.

It always puzzeled me how he got into the Facts of Life cast.

I've been enjoying her on Dennis the Menace that Antenna TV is running. I use to watch this show when I was younger around the time I first started watching The Lucy Show. I made the Gale Gordon connection with those 2 shows, but not with Mary.

I haven't bought anythig old in awhile but picked up a near mint condition press book for Lured (with the Personal Column title still on it). Only saw 2 of the 12 pages online, but it looks neat. Now I have to wait for it to get here from Ireland.

I never took photos, all I had was the one I shot outside on the street. I think it was more of a conversation with the contractor who was nice and let me in so we agreed no pics so we wouldn't get anyone in trouble. I don't really remeber all that well I was fine with no pics, just to have that oppertunity. And seeing the backyard, guest house and pool house was cool. It was such a wirlwind that even after it was over I don't know how much I recalled, let alone 13 some years later.

The collection has greatly expanded over the years. My townhouse I had for 5 years I had a bedroom done with all the stuff, and most got framed but I did it with cheap frames and not everything fit in the room. Now with the bigger house and bigger 3rd bedroom, I've upgraded framing, and did a better layout. It was slow going as I wanted to lay it out nicely on the walls. I got it all up now but I have a lot of stuff in storage I'm not sure how I want to display it. I tend now to only display older pieces, not the mass market stuff that came out in the part 10 years. I still have that stuff but it is not deamed worthy for the display collection yet. Yes I was in the house. A bit torn apart, but it was funny as I was watching the Home Movies Outtakes the other night and Lucie was walking in the backyard and I totally knew how to place everything having been there. It was a moment for sure and caught myslef saying the other night, "I've been there". I sometimes forget that. It was such a weird feeling being in some of those places, espically the guest house, thinking of how many famous people have stayed in that guest house, wlked through the fornt door, etc...

Seeing all these makes me think I should once in a while take down the framed TV guides I have hanging up and actually read the articles. I know I have some scanned on my really old and completly out of date Lucy website. The collection has grown and so has the space. It's now on to house #3 and has it's own room and a closet of at least 3 rubbermaid containers of other things not displayed.

Once time a co-worker of my husband's came up to him at work and asked if I had seen this movie about a big, big trailer that had Lucy in in. So now I have The Long, Long Trailer sitting on the Tivo from this weekend (even though I have it on DVD and have seen it dozens of times). For the past couple of days all Charlie keeps singing is Big Big Trailer, to the tune of the Sanford and Sons theme song.
