wilderfan
After a brief respite to watch all the episodes of "The Lucy Show" Season 2, I am finally getting back to finishing off the episodes of "Here's Lucy" Season 3. Right now, I'm on Disc 3 and I've noticed something odd about the copyright dates at the end of the credits. Season 3 episodes were aired during the 1970-1971 television season, right? Then isn't it odd that the copyright dates on some of the Disc 3 episodes indicate 1969? (Actually it's the roman numeral version of 1969). Does anyone know why this might be? Perhaps the copyright date refers to when the scripts were written? Or maybe someone goofed and put in the wrong date ?
mark bale
Could be just duplicating the 2nd season credits = BEWITCHED colour episodes for Dick York all had 1966 copyright (through to his final season). Though why only some HERES LUCY have 1969 dates I cannot figure out. Was there some change in personnel during the season which had to have new credits for 1970/1971 made??
