chedderchester
tomorrow will mark the 60th anniversary of the night that the famous pregnancy episode first aired--also, the first "reality" TV show. What did the critics say about it when it originally broadcast? And I wish the re-shoot still existed so we can see it. They really made a mistake of destroying those reels. But you've lost me sorry - what do you mean by a re-shoot?
Brock
Happy 60th anniversary!! But you've lost me sorry - what do you mean by a re-shoot? The re-shoot of the final scene of Lucy is Enciente. They opted to go with the original take instead.

Ohhh yes, I had a feeling it might have been that. Well, I'm glad they opted for the original - it obviously had much more emotion to it! chedderchester
It didn't look like Desi was crying at the end. I saw Lucy wiping her eyes though. Glad they they opted to go with the first take. I also love how at the end of the episodes on the dvd, they have that animated Lucy and Ricky coming out of the clock with that happy little tune.
