We all remember the reaction from Gale and the audience in the Here's Lucy blooper tape when Lucy exclaimed, "Jesus! You really do worship the ground she tap dances on!" Obviously, given television "morality" at the time, Lucy's added spice to the line was not included in the final version of Ginger Rogers Come To Tea. Now, let's go forward a couple of seasons to Lucy & Joan Rivers Do Jury Duty -- in the wonderfully restored DVDs of season six with pristine sound track, Lucy clearly says "Jesus!" in exasperation at Harry in the opening scene as she makes her exit.
