At least she got to live another year, my post about it said she was only 89.

I always enjoyed her as Trixie on THE JACKIE GLEASON SHOW when I was a young kid.  In fact, it was not until several years later did I ever see a vintage HONEYMOONERS with Audrey Meadows and Joyce Randolph,  exactly like my not seeing ILL until the mid 70's (same period) when we moved to a suburb of a major city and had access to more tv channels.  In my early single digit and preteen years "Alice and Trixie" were Sheila McCrae and Jane Kean,  just like "Lucy" was Lucy Carter or Carmichael.

I loved all the Gleason Honeymooners shows, the ones with Randolph looked more real whereas the ones with Kean were more fun to watch as they were part of his later variety series, but both ladies did a fine job in their roles.

Guess I am the only one who thought for a few seconds (before realizing it was a scene with Jane Kean)  that TLL current header was Lucy with an unusually busty and curvy Mary Jane Croft
