Eliminating the Santa mask/polka dance: is it really missed? Rather than this stale choreography, true to the stage version, couldn't Onna have come up with precision steps they could all do together? Other than changing the ending, did anyone pick up on the other major change I made? Brock, is the awkward movement you referred to when Lucy sings "Slice up the fruitcake..."? Hopefully the random copyright protectors at youtube will, in the spirit of the holidays, let this one slide.
