From BBC: Singer Joe Cocker, best known for his cover of the Beatles' With A Little Help From My Friends, has died aged 70. The singer song-writer from Sheffield had a career lasting more than 40 years with hits including You Are So Beautiful and Up Where We Belong. His agent Barrie Marshall confirmed that he had died of an undisclosed illness. Always loved those musical numbers mentioned. With the life he led, in a way, i'm surprised he lasted this long. I'll never forget that moment at The Grammys when he did that duet on Up Where We Belong, just sensational and the audience cheered accordingly, i think they also scored an Oscar for it.
