TV Land is airing The Best of the American Comedy Awards on Saturday, April 2nd, 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. Love Lucy? The special will include a retrospective on the legendary star, Lucille Ball, as well as iconic comedy veterans Mel Brooks, George Burns, Whoopi Goldberg, Steve Martin, Chris Rock, Robin Williams and more. Past award shows from 1987-2001 will highlights the best and funniest acceptance speeches, plus sketches and unforgettable musical numbers from The American Comedy Awards, which honored the entertainment industry’s comedic talents in television and film.
