mark bale Posted April 19, 2011 Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 Not really connected with the Lucy World, but sad to report the death of Elizabeth Sladen, 63 y/o star of DR WHO (as companion to the 3rd and 4th Doctor, and later several guest returns to the series) and her own spinoff series THE SARAH JANE ADVENTURES. A lovely talented lady who touched people's hearts. Brave and dignified.she carried on filming the Sarah Jane Adventures until quite recently and I believe she thought she would be able to return to work to complete season 5. She will be missed by.
