Did they show an I Love Lucy clip or recreate a scene...or what?? There were several foreign language adapations of I Love Lucy in the 1950s. The Puerto Rican version starred Mapy Cortes, who co-starred with Lucy in Seven Days Leave. For example, episode 1's title is translated as "Men Are Messy". Imagine that! Other episode entries include "The Mustache" where the Poland's non-union Desi Arnaz-equivalent is cultivating a 'stache to land the lead role in a Lech Welesa biopic and the wife glues on her own facial hair, Breaking the Lease, Lucy Does a TV Commercial, and that perennial favourite Drafted.
