So we all know that whenever we see a "best of" DVD collection, the term "best" needs to be taken with a grain of salt. What might be considered the best by those selecting the episodes may not be the case for some of the fans. It's all very subjective.

 

If we could assemble our own "Best of Lucy" sets, which episodes would you pick? Here are mine (since MPI has been using 7 as their number, I'll choose 7 episodes for each)

 

I Love Lucy

1) Lucy's Schedule

2) Ricky Asks for a Raise

3) Ricky & Fred Are TV Fans

4) The Business Manager

5) Getting Ready

6) Lucy Learns to Drive

7) Off to Florida

 

The Lucy Show

1) Lucy & Viv Are Volunteer Firemen

2) Lucy & Viv Put in a Shower

3) The Loophole in the Lease

4) Lucy Takes a Job at the Bank

5) Lucy & The Countess

6) Lucy & The Countess Have a Horse Guest

7) Lucy & The Lost Star

2) Lucy & Carol Burnett (Secretary Beautiful)

3) Lucy Protects Her Job
