Here's a great, relatively recent interview with Katie Sweet, who played the undernourished hot dog loving "Katie" in Lucy Misplaces $2,000 and TV's swingin'est lil' chick, Suzuki Beane, in the very groovy unsold Desilu pilot of the same name.

It's a very interesting read (you'll have a true spiritual experience) and she sounds very grounded! I wish the interview gave any indication of when this interview was aside from post-2002, but the website is too representational.

It sounds like this interview was done in 2005 since there's a reference that the Kurt Russell movie Sky High is about to be released.

I thought maybe this was one of those Henry Farrell novels where Suzuki is now a chain-smoking, gin-guzzling has-been (has-beane?) who grew up to be the spitting image of her grandmother Reta Shaw.
