HarryCarter
Lucie appears alongside Paul Lynde, Carl Reiner, Eva Gabor, Rich Little, Wally Cox, Cass Elliott, Joey Bishop, and an ultra groovy Buddy Hackett on Hollywood Squares. Neil
Love this. If the date is correct, it's within a week or so of Eva as Lucy's Hospital roomie on Here's Lucy. Buddy's outfit: designed by the same person who did The Mothers In Law opening credits? Lucie's guffaw: just one decibel shy of Carol Bradford's. Sorta mean of them to give Cass an eating question. It's always sad to see Cass. Barely 30, she had such a bright future ahead of her but in two years both she and Wally Cox would be gone. Re: Buddy's outfit and Peter's jacket (which might make a nice wallpaper pattern). There was an effort made in the 70s to expand men's fashions beyond the standard plain shirt, tie and jacket. Well, they made an effort and it failed miserably as you can see from those Johnny Carson Tonight shows of the decade. I once attended a Hollywood Squares taping. They did 3 shows in a row. I can't remember much about it except Paul Lynde looking unhappy when he wasn't on camera.
