Luvsbway Posted July 19, 2011 Report Share Posted July 19, 2011 I was reading Jimmy's book last night and in the section on Your Mine and Ours in the on location chapter it mentioned that the real Beardsley family was at the premiere. This got me thinking. I don't think I've seen many photos of Lucy at her own movie premiers. I know I have seen photos from Forever Darling in Jamestown, Long Long Trailer at Radio City. So that's 2 out of the 80 some movies she did. Now I know she wouldn't have been at some of those early bit part movies or the B movies, but what about all those from the 40's that were of A list quality. Oy, without the eyelashes, geez, didn't she see herself? And she goes to a Premiere like that? Must have looked better in color though, even the mink coat looks bad.
